Vectron expands frequency range of its mil grade MEMS oscillator

Vectron has announced that the HT–MM900A Military Temperature Range MEMS Oscillator is available up to 137MHz to support clock and timing requirements in environmentally demanding conditions.

"We're pleased to be able to extend the capability of our MEMS oscillator portfolio with this product release" said Mario Saucedo, General Manager of the Standard Oscillator Group for Vectron International. "The performance characteristics of MEMS oscillators continue to advance and are enabling our customers to take advantage of the product's unique benefits".

The HT–MM900A offers frequencies between 1MHz and 137MHz, maintains ±25ppm temperature stability over –55°C to 125°C and is available in footprints down to 2.0mm x 1.6mm. The military grade MEMS device allows users in guided munitions, radio, avionics and other harsh environment markets to take advantage of these benefits for their timing applications.
