Texas Instruments Names Ravi Kyran as VP of HR

Texas Instruments announced that Ravi Kyran has been elected vice president of the company. As vice president of Human Resources, Kyran is responsible for managing human resource functions for TI’s global Analog business and TI India.

“Ravi has a deep understanding of TI’s Analog business and a proven track record of building strong leaders and teams. His proven ability to both think and act globally makes him a valuable asset to TI,” said Darla Whitaker, senior vice president of Human Resources for TI.

Kyran joined TI in 2004 as a human resources manager for TI in India. He has since held a number of positions with the company, including human resource director for TI India and TI’s worldwide Power Management business. He most recently served as human resources director of TI’s worldwide High Performance Analog business.

Kyran earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Vivekananda College in India and a master’s degree in personnel management and industrial relations from Xavier School of Management (XLRI) in India.
