Microchip's subsidiary SST to acquire Novocell Semiconductor
Silicon Storage Technology (SST), the subsidiary of Microchip has agreed to acquire Novocell Semiconductor. The terms of the deal are not disclosed.
Under the acquisition agreement, Novocell to become a wholly owned subsidiary of SST.
