Cadence announces series of seminars in Asia Pacific on mixed-signal design

In concert with its new "Mixed Signal Methodology Guide," Cadence Design Systems, Inc. has announced a series of "Tech on Tour" technical sessions in Asia Pacific during June and July to discuss best practices and the latest methodologies for mixed-signal design.

Cadence says Mixed-signal applications are one of the fastest growing market segments in the electronics and semiconductor industries. Applications for mobile communications, networking, power management, automotive, medical, imaging, safety, and security require very high integration of analog and digital functionality at system, SoC, and IP levels. Designers need to upgrade their existing methodologies, or adopt new ones, to keep up with mixed-signal design complexity. This full-day technical seminar covers best practices from Cadence mixed-signal R&D experts and includes case studies of how design teams are successfully using Cadence mixed-signal solutions to achieve their goals.

The sessions will begin at 9 a.m. and end about 4 p.m.
