High power three-phase bridge rectifier modules from Microsemi are DSCC qualified

Microsemi's high voltage three-phase bridge rectifier modules are DSCC qualified, which is suitable for defense, AC to DC conversion in high reliability power supplies and motor control applications such as military aircraft and army combat systems and motors in pumps, fans, blowers, compressor and servo amplifiers.

The key features of the three-phase bridge rectifier modules are,

Six individual diode elements use Microsemi rectifier process technology with triple-layer passivation for applications where failure cannot be tolerated
Epoxy filled aluminum housing providing low thermal resistance and better heat dissipation
Low 1.3 V forward voltage enhances energy efficiency
150 Amps of surge rating

"The new DSCC qualifications for our rectifier modules family represents an important addition to Microsemi's portfolio of devices to allow our military customers to build smaller, lighter weight power systems with increased reliability," said Kare Karlsen, Microsemi Executive Vice President of Military and Aerospace Products.

Microsemi says, the new DSCC qualifications for Microsemi Part Numbers JANTXM19500/483-01, JANTXM19500/483-02 and JANTXM19500/483-03 cover JANTX specifications for 25 amp applications of 200 V, 400 V and 600 V respectively.

Operating temperature range: -65 to +150 degrees C storage and up to 175 degrees C junction temperature

Package: Compact 19 mm x 57 mm x 20 mm package
