New 8-bit, 130 MSPS ADCs from Maxim to consume less power

The MAX19505/MAX19506/MAX19507 are low power, dual channel, 8-bit, 65/100/130Msps analog to digital converters.
The key specifications and features of this ADC family are,
1. The ADCs integrate a self-sensing regulator, allowing the use of 1.8V, 2.5V, or 3.3V analog supplies
2. MAX19505 consumes 43mW and MAX19506 consumes 57mW, and MAX19507 consumes 74mW of     analog power per channel.
3. Noise performance of 49.8dBFS SNR and 69dBc SFDR at 70MHz.
4. Feature single-ended or differential clock inputs
5. Allows analog inputs with a wide, 0.4V to 1.4V input common-mode range to support AC- or DC-coupled inputs without an external AC-coupling capacitor
6. Feature on-board clock divider to eliminate the need for an external divider.
7. Has built in integrated CMOS output-termination resistors eliminating the external damping     resistors.
8. Operating temp range of 40°C to +85°C

MAX19505/MAX19506/MAX19507 are pin and feature compatible with the MAX19515/MAX19516/MAX19517 10-bit ADCs.

The suggested applications are ultrasound, portable instrumentation, and low-power data-acquisition systems.

Package: 7mm x 7mm, 48-pin TQFN
