AAT2830/31 does all the lighting functions for the cellphone.

Analogic Tech's new charge pump based LED Driver can do backlighting, Camera flashing and RGB lighting functions for a mobile phones and other hand held devices. It can source upto 600mA of current. The device uses Analogic's own patented serial bus standard called AS2Cwire to communicate across individual driving circuits. Six mutilple backlight LEDs can be driven simultaneously up to a programmable current rating of 30mA via an external resistors. The user can bunch set of LEDs as per his requirement. 16 Levels of LED intensity can be set through the serial bus. To light up the camera flash, 600mA of current is available through Four 150mA individual programmable channels. Auxillary output of 60 mA is avaialable for RGB, status lighting, and for keypad. There is a timer to protect LED from damaging due to long duration of high bright status. Can operate in the industrial temperature range of -40º C to +85º C.
